Meet the Builder

Jack Stadel was born into construction. In his small South Dakota town, his postman father doubled as a builder, and three of his uncles were general contractors. By the time he was 14, the toolbelt had became Jack's summer uniform. He worked full time framing house, troubleshooting electrical problems, placing concrete, and installing roofs. It was then that he formed his connection with building. By 19, he was taking a three-man crew to work on sites around the Black Hills and Gillette areas. When he was 22, Jack started Stadel Construction, subcontracting work on homes and pre-engineered buildings. He moved the business to Cheyenne in 1989 and grew it into an award-winning, Class A, general contractor providing commercial and residential planning and construction.

Jack brought his vast experience and commitment to quality into custom home construction in 2017 with the formation of Triple Dot Homes. With Triple Dot Homes, it's the details the matter—unique architecture featuring open floor plans, cedar accents, and custom handrails incorporating traditional blacksmith techniques as well as premium products like white oak floors, casement windows, and vista shingles. The Triple Dot team is committed to anticipating the needs of its customers and providing the highest quality home.
